This virtual gift card can only be redeemed on the United Shop branded merchandise website from which it was originally purchased and cannot be used for redemption at any other United points of sale, including United.com and not redeemable for flight ticket purchases.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a redemption code, which can be shared and entered in the Voucher Number field at checkout for any merchandise purchased on this website.
Please note that virtual gift cards are digital and paper certificates will not be delivered, emails used in the recipient field will receive a copy of the gift certificate code. If you would like to print a PDF of a purchased virtual gift card, go to My Account, click Order History, and then click the View icon of the designated order, which will open your order receipt. Under the gift certificate item, click “Print Certificates.”
